Just a quick update to show off our yummy pizza from last night. This is a large vegan Margherita with Daiya cheese and tempeh. It’s got an olive oil & garlic base, red sauce, sliced tomatoes and basil. Soooo good!
We washed it down with some $3 Sam Adams pints and watched the olympics and the Red Sox beat the Yanks.
Keep an eye out for plenty of posts coming up this week. I just did a little detox cleanse, and I’ll be writing about that as well as trying to clear myself some counter space in my cramped kitchen so I can start preparing some high raw meals again. Hope you’re enjoying your weekend! : )
