This recipe by Giada De Larentiis of the Food Network, is a long time favorite of mine. It’s especially great because it’s pretty simple & quick. It’s easily veganized with vegan parm & earth balance butter, and you can make it in the time it takes to boil frozen ravioli! I served it with a bag of frozen vegetables sauted in some olive oil over medium-high heat while it cooked. I added some garlic powder and vegan parm to the veggies too. A yummy meal when you don’t feel like all out cooking and need dinner fast. : )
