so last night it seemed like everything i went to make was missing a key ingredient. i finally decided to make the fauxy tuna with what i had. it was still yummy, but made it a bit more savory. basically a tempeh salad.
changes: i used sweet onion, half a red bell pepper, 2 carrots and deli mustard. i can’t wait to go to the store and make it again, proper. that reminds me… i need to add kelp powder to my grocery list! (i noticed the WF down here does not carry the one that comes with cayenne. too bad, but it’s not like i don’t have cayenne easily accessible in my cabinet!)
