hey! guess what i discovered?
whole foods makes these 365 baked woven wheats. they only have 2 ingredients: whole wheat and salt. by leaving out the oil, they only have 0.5g of fat for 8 crackers, and 3g of fiber and 4g of protein. full fat triscuit has 4.5g fat per 6 crackers. they differ in that these have lighter and (you guessed it!) less greasy texture, but they still taste good!
